  1. Welcome to the March edition of the Powderkeg Magazine.

  3. As you will see, this edition features a very new look.
  4. I spent time and wrote my own software with which to
  5. display the magazine.  The Powder.exe file was written
  6. in Quick Basic 4.5 and compiled on an IBM 386 machine.

  8. To view the magazine, type POWDER at the DOS prompt.
