  34. message, until you enter a blank line. To enter a blank line intoì
  35. your message, enter at least one space to the line.

  38. A)bort the message. Throw it away; you are asked "YES" or "NO".

  41. L)ist the message as it is. You can use various edit commands toì
  42. change anything you don't like.

  45. E)dit a line. Change, remove, or add one or more words.

  47. First, you are prompted for the number of the line to be edited;ì

  50. Next, you are then prompted for the character(s) that you want toì
  51. change; enter the EXACT CHARACTERS you want to replace.

  54. replace them. The new line is displayed.

  63. D)elete one or more lines in your message. Enter a number toì
  64. delete that numbered line. You can also delete a RANGE ofì
  65. numbers. To delete (for example) lines 5 to 23, enter "5-23". Allì
  66. lines below it are renumbered.

  69. Insert new text starting before the line number you specify, andì
  70. stopping when you enter a blank line. Lines below the line youì
  71. start on are "moved down" to make room for the new text.

  74. Read the contents of the Edit Buffer. (See the "W)rite-Buffer"ì
  75. command in the Message Section.) Because this reads in the entireì
  76. Edit Buffer, you will probably want to delete some -- see theì
  77. D)elete lines, "RANGE" option.

  80. Change the message H)eader. You can change -- "To:", "Subj:", ì
  81. and "Private"; in the FidoNet message section, you can also ì
  82. change the destination FidoNet node address.
