  7. The Bulletin section is the area where you can display bulletins the system 
  8. operator has posted for you.  These files usually change now and then, so it 
  9. is wise to check this area as soon as you log on each time.

  11. Enter the first letter of the command or for more help enter:

  13.        L?    for help with the L)ist command 
  14.        M?    for help with the M)ain Menu command 
  15.

  18. Display a list of available bulletins.
