  3.     This bulletin, BULLETIN.2, is a plain text file, with no paragraphs that Fido
  4. can wrap to fit the callers screen. The lines will be a series of long and short
  5. lines as Fido wraps non-wrappable text files.

  7.     This is an artificial example to show you how it works; this
  8. paragraph for instance was created with a reasonable right margin; 
  9. the one above had lines over 80 columns long.
