  1.                         WINDOWS 3.1 TRUETYPE FONT INSTALLATION

  3.           Before you can access the Emulaser TrueType Font Collection in
  4.           Windows, you must tell Windows where to find the fonts you just
  5.           installed.  Here's the procedure:
  6.  
  7.           1)  Bring up the Control Panel by double clicking the Control
  8.               Panel icon in the Main group.
  9.  
  10.           2)  Bring up the Font Dialog by double clicking the Fonts icon.
  11.  
  12.           3)  Bring up the Add Dialog by clicking the Add button.
  13.  
  14.           4)  Select the Drive and Directory where you had the installer
  15.               put your new TrueType fonts, for example C:\EMULASER\TTFONTS.
  16.  
  17.           5)  Select all the fonts shown in the font list by clicking the
  18.               Select All button.
  19.  
  20.           6)  UNCHECK the box that says 'Copy Fonts to Windows Directory'
  21.               by clicking on it.
  22.  
  23.           7)  Install the fonts by clicking OK.  This will take a few
  24.               moments.
  25.  
  26.           8)  Select the TrueType dialog by clicking the TrueType button.
  27.  
  28.           9)  UNCHECK the 'Show only TrueType' box if it is checked.
  29.  
  30.           10) Click the OK button to leave the TrueType dialog.
  31.  
  32.           11) Close the Font dialog and return to the main Windows screen.

  34.           That concludes the Windows TrueType installation.
