  1. To remove question use pctools or other programs..
  2. Edit Cw.exe, goto sector 7 offset 307 and change
  3. cd 21 to 90 90 and then sector 7 offset 314 and
  4. change cd 21 to 90 90..  Then goto sector 7 offset 416
  5. change 75 0d to 90 90......
  6. That's all that's to it...
