  4.                     BRANTFORD ARMED ROBBERY:

  7.    Two men took advantage of a quiet location in St. George to rob
  8. a lone gas bar attendant.
  9.    
  10.    It was Thursday, November 5, 1992 at about 10:00 p.m. The
  11. employee in the Esso Gas Bar on Beverly Street was closing the
  12. premises for the evening. The attendant was standing at the cash
  13. register when he heard the door slide open and turned to look. Two
  14. men crowded into the kiosk. The first man was wearing a dark
  15. baseball cap, pulled low to conceal his face. They forced
  16. the attendant to the floor and one held a long-barrelled revolver
  17. to the back of his head. The other stepped over the clerk's prone
  18. body and ransacked the till.
  19.    
  20.     Suspects took a sum of money from the cash register and fled, 
  21. running towards Church Street. Both are 20 years old, white males.
  22. One was wearing a faded white check jacket and dark ball cap.
  23.    
  24.     If you have any information on this robbery or any other
  25. serious crime, call Crime Stoppers in Brantford at 752-7867 or in
  26. Hamilton at 522-TIPS. That's 522-8477 to be eligible for up to a
  27. $1,000 cash reward. Remember, in all cases you will not have to
  28. reveal your identity.
