Skelly Inc. 1992 (Utilities)
A family-mode utility for setting foreground and background
screen colors from the (text) command line in OS/2 Versions 1.0
through 2.0
Note: this utility can be used in OS/2 or DOS, windows and
full screen sessions, as well as in DOS 3.3 - 5.0
Syntax: COLOR ForeGround on BackGround
or: COLOR Bright ForeGround on BackGround
Not case sensitive
Colors available:
Black
Blue
Green
Cyan
Red
Magenta
Yellow
White
If ANSI is not on in an OS/2 session, COLOR will turn it on for you.
Note: If the Presentation Manager is used, windowed applications provide
their own color information. COLOR.EXE is used only for full-screen or
windowed command line operation. To use with DOS, either under OS/2 or
with native DOS, the device driver ANSI.SYS must be loaded
COLOR.EXE is being released using a new concept known as Barterware.
The author doesn't ask for money, but requests something useful in
return. Possibly OS/2 source code examples, other OS/2 utilities,
cookies, Pepsi, beer, etc, maybe a complimentary membership to a BBS.
If you're not into merchandise then I guess I could accept a small
cash contribution. Anyone that registers gets automatic updates of
COLOR.EXE and samples of other OS/2 family utilities

utilities.
