  39. CollNet is a  BBS network  devoted to collectors.   Unlike some networks in
  40. which  the administrators  attitudes leave  something to desire,  CollNet's
  41. atmosphere is very casual.   No strict constitution  that is the  size of a
  42. small book.   Just a few almost common sense rules.   We will do everything
  43. to make echoing this network  easy and hassle free.   The network was begun
  44. July 5, 1992  and is growing  slowly  but surely.   We need  both hubs  and
  45. nodes all over the country.   The network is 100% free.  No sign-up fees or
  46. any cost whatsoever.

  53. CollNet is  a mail network that  is available  to any BBS  system  that can
  54. support QWK/REP format or POSTLINK.   In the future we will also offer FIDO
  55. compatibility.  Included in this is file are POSTLINK.CFG, COLLNET.SCR, and
  56. CHANNELS.NME.  POSTLINK.CFG is the PostLink configuration file for Collnet,
  57. CHANNELS.NME is the PostLink  conference list,  and COLLNET.SCR is a Qmodem
  58. script to log onto NetHub.

  66. distance phone charges are strictly between the Hub and Node.
