  13. Please be advised that I voted for you, and I do want to see substantial
  14. reductions in federal spending as well as stimulation of the economy.

  16. For starters, please eliminate the Overseas Private Investment Corp. or
  17. at lest cut off tax dollars to that organization.

  19. Also, nuclear weapons testing should end now, rather than in 1997.

  21. I am in favor of stimulating the economy, if that includes research
  22. and development of new marketable products manufactured in this country.
