  1. IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR USERS OF BIBL PRIOR TO RELEASE 8.0

  4. Release 8.0 introduces a new database structure. If you have
  5. an older version of BIBL, you must first create a BIX file
  6. using your older version of BIBL.EXE. Then run the new version
  7. of BIBL and create an empty database...then import your BIX
  8. file into the newly created database.

  10. If you overwrite your old BIBL before reading this, then call
  11. the GMUtant OnLine BBS for a copy of BIBLUP.EXE -- a utility
  12. that will convert older database(s) to the 8.0 structure.
