  3. The compiled version of DME in this Package is compiled using SAS/C V5.10b
  4. with the MC68030/MC6888x option on.
  5. THEREFORE THIS DME VERSION WILL CRASH ON MC68000 BASED MACHINES. 8-(

  7. There is an extra version for all Amigas called DME.68000 :-)

  11. I made this recompile because the DICE-compiled Version (only TJM)
  12. has some serios bugs.
  13. The worst one: DME was not able to encounter the end of a line if you are using
  14.                the WHILE loop, and crashes if it tries to read beyond the EOL.
  15.                This is important for my Indent-macro.
  16.  
  17. If you want to recompile DME with the SAS/C (LATTICE) Package
  18. I have adapted the DMakefile from DICE to MAKEFILE for SAS/C.
  19. There is also a file called dme_precomp.c for generating precompiled
  20. headers which speed up the SAS/C-Compiler extreamous.
  21. Furthermore I have changed all DME-Source files for ERROR/WARNING
  22. free compilation with SAS/C V5.10b.
  23. I don't know whether its still possible or not to recompile DME using DICE,
  24. but I think it will work. :-)
