RUN THE CD- This button will start the program. Simply click the button and the program will begin.
INSTALL QUICKTIME- This will install the system software required to playback digital video and sound.
VISIT THE ARC MEDIA WEB SITE- Clicking this button will open your default web browser and go to the Arc Media web site at www.arcmedia.com.
RUN THE DEMOS- The demos portion of the CD will show you some of the other titles we offer and will walk you through some of their screen shots.
PRINT THE REGISTRATION- This will print out a form to fill out for registering your product.
EXIT- This will close the Autorun menu.
Common Issues
Using the Autorun menu in Windows 95/98: When clicking on any of the buttons in the Autorun menu (the menu that appears after inserting the CD-ROM), be sure to click only once. Double-clicking any of the buttons will execute the corresponding action twice. This is particularly important to note when clicking on the RUN THE CD button. Double-clicking this button will launch the program twice, and will cause it to behave unusually.
Can't install the software: Most of our titles do not need installation. They are designed to run directly from the CD-ROM. Just click the RUN THE CD button on the Autorun menu (the menu that appears after inserting the CD-ROM), and the program will begin. Copying the contents of the CD-ROM to the hard drive and attempting to run the program from there can cause the program to freeze or crash.
No video clips and/or sound: If QuickTime is not properly installed, or if an incompatible version is installed, then any digital video and sound may not play properly. To correct this, install the version of QuickTime included on the CD. To do so just click the "Install QuickTime" (may also appear as "Install Video Driver" button on the Autorun menu. You computer may need to be restarted after installing QuickTime.

Our shareware titles are collections of software programmed and supported by a number of third-party developers. As such, Arc Media is neither allowed nor qualified to respond to any technical support issues regarding specific programs in the collection. For these issues, the customer must contact the corresponding developer. This information should be provided either in the program itself or in any accompanying electronic documentation. Arc Media is only responsible for technical issues involving the startup interface which installs and/or runs the programs in the collection.
