  7. YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  12. You are hereby licensed to: use the Shareware Version of Better
  13. Colors for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of the
  14. Shareware Version of Better Colors as you wish; give exact copies
  15. of the Shareware Version of Better Colors to anyone.

  17. Use of the Shareware Version after the 30 day evaluation period
  18. is in violation of federal copyright laws. 
  19.  
  20. BBSs, disk vendors, online services, and other shareware
  21. distributors may distribute the Shareware Version of Better
  22. Colors with the following conditions: 
  23.  1) All of the distribution files must be included unmodified: 
  24.     BCOLORS.EXE, BCOLORSD.DLL, BCOLORS.HLP, README.TXT,
  25.     INSTALL.TXT, ORDER.TXT, LICENSE.TXT, VENDOR.TXT, FILE_ID.DIZ 
  26.  2) It must be made clear in advance that the software is for
  27.     evaluation use only and continued use requires registration. 
  28.  3) Nothing may be charged for the software other than a nominal
  29.     fee for the distribution costs.

  33. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period then
  34. you are required to purchase the registered version for $19.95.

  37. A copy of the registered version of Better Colors may either be
  38. used by a single person who uses the software personally on one
  39. or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used
  40. nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

  43. through a network, provided that you have obtained individual
  44. licenses for the software covering all workstations that will
  45. access the software through the network.
