  3.     thank you for trying out UZfulnix from UZful Software, Inc.!
  4. UZfulnix is a subset of useful Unix(TM) utilities for PC's running
  5. MSDOS. This collection attempts to complement the utilities available
  6. through the GNUish MSDOS project (GNU utilities for MSDOS).
  7.  
  8.     You should first verify that the distribution you received
  9. matches the checksum advertised on your distribution channel (bulletin
  10. board, shareware distributor, FTP site, Usenet group, ...) to avoid
  11. acquiring viruses. If you are not sure, contact UZful Software directly
  12. on where to get a reliable copy of the software. Then, look at these
  13. files in order to get UZfulnix properly installed on your system:

  15. packing.lst    list of files that should be provided with this
  16.         distribution. The file contains checksums (for the Unix
  17.         sum command) for each file. A copy of this utility is
  18.         part of UZfulnix. This file is also certified with a
  19.         PGP signature to indicate modifications. To obtain the
  20.         UZful Software, Inc. public key, do a "finger" on
  21.         "uzful@mv.mv.com" or contact us there via e-mail.
