  2.     UZfulnix is copyrighted material by UZful Software, Inc., and is
  3. distributed as shareware.  Shareware  distribution  of  a  program gives
  4. users a chance to try  software before  buying it.  The copy of UZfulnix
  5. you have received is given an  evaluation license for  30  days. For the
  6. duration of the evaluation period,  the  programs are fully  functional.
  7. If you try a  Shareware  program and want to continue using it,  you are
  8. expected to register.

  10.     Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and  commercial software,
  11. and  the  copyright  holder  retains  all  rights,  with a  few specific
  12. exceptions as stated below. Shareware authors generally are accomplished
  13. programmers,  just  like  commercial  authors,  and  the programs are of
  14. comparable  quality  (in  both  cases,  there  are good programs and bad
  15. ones!). The main difference is in the method of distribution.

  30. merchantability and of fitness  for any purpose.  UZful Software assumes
  31. no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from
  32. the use of UZfulnix.

  34.     UZfulnix is a  "shareware program"  and is provided at no charge
  35. to the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but
  36. do not give it away altered or as part of another system. UZful Software
  37. grants  the  right  to  copy  and  distribute  this version of UZfulnix,
  38. provided  that all  files in the received package  (as shown in the file
  39. packing.lst)  are  unmodified  and  distributed together,  either on the
  40. same disk or in the same archive.

  42.     The recipient of this copy shall not  use,  copy,  rent,  lease,
  43. sell,  modify,  decompile, disassemble,  otherwise  reverse engineer, or

  62.     The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal
  63. computer users with  quality  software without high prices,  and yet to
  64. provide  incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products,
  65. and  to  maintain  and  improve  released  products. If you  find these
  66. programs  useful  and find  that  you  are  using  UZfulnix and want to
  67. continue to use  UZfulnix  after the evaluation period, you must make a
  68. registration  payment  of  $5.00 to  UZful  Software, Inc.  The   $5.00
  69. individual registration fee  will license  one copy  of this version of
  70. UZfulnix  for use on  one  computer.  You  must  register  UZfulnix for
  71. every computer on which you want to run it.

  73.     To register your copy of UZfulnix,  run the utility  "uzlicinf"
  74. provided with this distribution at the  DOS prompt on the computer that
  75. you  want  to  run UZfulnix  on,  and  send  its  output along with the

  84. If you live  outside the United States,  payment must be made by a bank

  96. first contact  UZful  Software  at the address below for authorization.
  97. This  authorization  will  be  automatically  granted  to  distributors
  98. recognized by the  (ASP)  as  adhering to its guidelines  for shareware
  99. distributors,  and  such  distributors  may   begin  offering   UZfulnix
  100. immediately  (however UZful Software must still  be advised so that the
  101. distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of UZfulnix).
