  23.                     spawns 2 programs instead of 1. Redid shut and 
  24.                     spawn algo to shut apps 1 app at a time

  26.                     next app. We wont shut apps that are disabled 
  27.                     (cause they have a modal dialog box open). Once 
  28.                     all apps are shut, we spawn ShutDown group apps 
  29.                     all at once. Added /S cmd line option to not 
  30.                     shut running apps. If under Win95/NT, it wont 
  31.                     use dynamic icons.

  33. v1.2a Enhancement:  Redid documentation for Windows 95 users. 
  34.                     Program now pops up help file when it can't 
  35.                     find ShutDown group rather than just exiting 
  36.                     with an error message.

  38. v1.2b Enhancement:  Now WrapUp will create the ShutDown group if it 
  39.                     can't find it.

  41. v1.2c Bug fix:      Under Windows 95, WrapUp was causing Windows 95 
  42.                     to display its "Are you sure you want to shut 
  43.                     down Windows 95" dialog box two extra times. 
  44.                     Now this message will appear only once before 
  45.                     WrapUp pops up.

  47. v1.3 Bug fix:       Under Windows 95, WrapUp was unable to properly 
  48.                     spawn PIF icons. Now WrapUp can spawn any type 
  49.                     of file in your Shutdown group/folder. Also, 
  50.                     improved spawning algorithm to handle icons 
  51.                     that have working drive+directories that differ 
  52.                     from the current "default drive".

  54. v1.4 Bug fix:       Program could only spawn application icons - 
  55.                     not data file icons like a BMP icon or Write 
  56.                     icon. Now it can!

  58. v1.5 Enhancement:   -Added /Mx option: Once WrapUp has spawned the 
  59.                     ShutDown programs it watches for them to all be 
  60.                     terminated. Once they all are, WrapUp will 
  61.                     either exit Windows or reboot Windows

  65. v1.7 Bug fix:       Fixed bug in that if icon to spawn had command 
  66.                     line parameters, the icon would not spawn: 
  67.                     E.g. 'NotePad.exe mydoc.txt'  wouldn't spawn.

  69. v1.7a Bug fix:      Fixed bug where when using /me or /mr, and if 
  70.                     empty shutdown group or spawning sole oracle 
  71.                     shutdown icon with no screen parameter, because 
  72.                     of their bug, we computed 0 apps to monitor and 
  73.                     so caused memory leak. Now we skip the list 
  74.                     building, and now delay 2 seconds upon 
  75.                     detecting all monitored apps being closed 
  76.                     before exiting or rebooting windows.

  78. v1.7b Enhancement:  Since some Windows 95 systems do not properly 
  79.                     dde dump shutdown folder contents, rather than 
  80.                     have the user reinstall Windows 95, we now use 
  81.                     dde to find location of the shutdown folder on 
  82.                     disk and for LNK files, resolve the link rather 
  83.                     than using DDE data which is sometimes missing 
  84.                     due to this Windows 95 bug.
