  59. WinFax PRO's Out Box with 100 faxes in 5 minutes!

  61. Send price lists, special offers, or new product announcements to
  62. all your customers. Send sales and marketing information to your
  63. distribution and sales staff. Send press releases, newsletters,
  64. event announcements, itineraries, investment updates, etc.--each one
  65. personally written to each individual.

  67. MergeFax is far more effective than sending "junk mail" and "broadcast
  68. faxes" because people receive PERSONALIZED messages, INDIVIDUALIZED
  69. communications--with detailed information so fine, so specific, you are
  70. only limited by your "data source" and your use of Word 6.0's powerful
  71. mail merge features.

  73. Here's how it works:

  75. 1. MergeFax automatically merges each data record, scans the document
  76. to find the recipientÆs name and fax number, and then (using DDE) passes
  77. them over to WinFax PRO.

  79. 2. MergeFax queues up all the faxes in WinFax PRO's Out Box--either to
  80. be sent immediately or scheduled for a later date and time.

  82. 3. MergeFax automatically sets the fax driver and resets the printer
  83. driver for you--so you donÆt have to fiddle with driver settings. You
  84. just run MergeFax, and it automatically switches to the fax driver,
  85. merges each data record, scans each merged document to find the
  86. recipientÆs name and fax number, passes them over to WinFax PRO, queues
  87. up all the faxes in WinFax's Out Box with their pending date and times,
  88. and finally returns you back to Word for Windows after resetting your
  89. printer driver back to whichever default printer it was on.

  120. Disk Vendors, Shareware Distributors, and BBS(s) may charge a nominal
  121. fee for distribution of MergeFax 2.2. But the recipient of MergeFax must
  122. be informed in advance, that the fee paid for acquiring MergeFax, does not
  123. relieve the recipient from purchasing a License for the use of MergeFax, if
  124. the recipient decides that they want to continue using the program after
  125. the trial period.
