  5.     Runner is a Windows application excecutive. You enter the filename and
  6. it's path in Runner's Command Line and hit return or hit the Ok button to 
  7. run that program. Runner can force the application to be run in the minimized
  8. state by selecting the Run Minimized check box. Runner can be used as a 
  9. replacement for the Program Managers File Run dialog box. Because it is a 
  10. window and not a modal dialog box, it is always available. For more 
  11. information run Runner and look at it's Help system, accessed off of the 
  12. system menu.

  15. Shareware:

  17.     Runner is shareware. You are allowed to try it out, copy as well as 
  18. distribute Runner as long as:

  20.     No fee is charged for use or copies.

  22.     It is not modified in any way.

  24.     If you find Runner useful a registration of $10 would be appreciated.
  25. Registered users will receive the latest version of Runner.
