  1. WinCLI is a command line interface (like the DOS prompt)
  2. for Windows. You can launch Windows & DOS programs, or
  3. manipulate files with copy, delete, rename, and over 20
  4. commands more.  WinCLI uses less than 40 Kb when FULLY
  5. loaded; a lot less than a DOS prompt!  WinCLI works in all
  6. modes so a 286 can also run a prompt in a window, no more
  7. full screen DOS!
