  3. This is the second public beta release of ArCEnoid, a Breakout clone for
  4. the WindowsCE platform.
  5.  
  6. Please read the license agreement for details about distribution.
  7. In short: give it to anyone, but dont charge for it unless you have
  8. written permission.

  10. History:

  12.  6-26-97    First public release.  Untested on any HPC other than Velo.
  13.  
  14.  7-7-97        Fixed several problems, including the way it looked on
  15.         the HP's wide screen.  Re-did whole color scheme.  Speed
  16.         might still be a problem.  Will add option for this for
  17.         the next release.  Movement is now dependant on you holding
  18.         down the arrow keys rather than using a 'speed'.  Now places
  19.         an entry in the taskbar so you can switch to it if you go
  20.         to another app instead of having to run the game again to
  21.         bring it to the foreground.  You can still do this if you
  22.         want.

  25. Included are both the MIPS and SH versions in the Zip file.  
  26. Comments on how it runs are requested for both platforms.

  28. The game uses the left/right arrow keys for moving the paddle.

  30. The 'P' key pauses the game and the ESC key quits.
