<li>Session Name - Enter the name of this session
<li>Communications Interface - Select <B>Modem - Async</B> for modem or direct connection, <B>TCPIP</B> for telnet.
<li>Startup Script Name - Enter or select an optional script file.
</UL>
<LI>Async. Communications
<UL>
<li>Select and configure the communications for modem or direct connection communications.
<li>Enter the Country/Area Code and Telephone Number. <B>To use Manual Dialing Do Not Enter a Telephone Number</B>.
</UL>
<LI>TCPIP Communications
<UL>
<li>Host Address - Enter the address of the host system. vxHpc normally connects to the telnet port, if
you require connection to another port append a colon(:) and the port number to the host address (i.e. 123.446.78.9:24).
<li> Send NUL after CR - Select whether to send a NUL after a CR to the host system.
</UL>
<LI>VT Emulation
<UL>
<li>Font Size - Select the default size used by vxHpc. You can change the font by tapping
the 'T' button when in emulation. (Hold the shift key down while tapping the button to select
the previous font size).
<li>Columns - Select the number of columns required.
<li>Automatic Scrolling - Select if you require the cursor to be placed on the display area.
<li>User Features
<ul>
<li>Auto Wrap - The new character will be displayed on the next line when the cursor
reaches the margin.
<li>Scroll - The screen scrolls when data reaches the bottom of the screen.
<li>Strip bit 8 - The high-order bit is removed when displaying data (telnet)
<li>Destructive Bksp - A backspace moves the cursor to the left and deletes the character
there
<li>CR->CRLF - The return key sends a carriage return and a line feed.

<li>Select the appropriate color for each visual attribute.
<li>Blink -> Inverse - Check if you require the blink attribute to be displayed as inverse.
<li>Underline -> Inverse - Check if you require the underline attribute to be displayed as inverse.
