DE-950's bugs list from Ver 1.30 to Ver 1.35
* Firmware
1. When many DE950 power on in same time and frame type was 802.3,
some DE950 cannot startup.
2. FileServer or PrinterServer cannot be serviced when DE950 startup
and these servers was not exist. Wu have added feature to service
these servers.
3. Improve campatiblity with some special printer.
4. Fixed unstable connection error when DE950 save configuration
by user setting in PCONF.
* Utility program PCONF.EXE
1. Fixed when more DE950s were in huge network enviroment, PCONF
cannot discovery all device. Added feature to specify net number,
retry count, and discovery waiting time.(PCONF /?)
2. Fixed when DE950 was in huge network enviroment, in some special
case PCONF cannot save correctly configuration to DE950.
3. Fixed PCONF cannot got all server in network after doing some
setting steps.

DE-950's bugs list from Ver 1.20 to Ver 1.30
* Firmware
1. Fixed the bug on Remote Printer configuration when the DE-950 will not
re-connect to the print server of NetWare 4.x once the print server has
been shut down and run again.
2. The DE-950 can now start up on pure SFT III environment.
3. Fixed the bug on DE-950 problem of connecting with a file server in some
special environment as Print Server.
4. Fixed the bug on the continuous rebooting of the DE-950 when its second port
is configured to service more than two queues.
5. When the DE-950 is configured as a Remote Printer, it can now support the
following functions in the "Printer Server Status/Control" of NetWare's
PCONSOLE utility.
. Abort print job
. Form feed
. Mark top of form
. Pause printer
. Start printer
. Stop printer
6. The DE-950 now implements the round-robin routine when servicing multiple
queues on a printer port. This means that, if a printer port services two
queues, Q1 and Q2, one print job from Q1 will be printed first followed by
one print job in Q2, and the process will be repeated all over again until
all jobs are printed out.
* Utility program PCONF.EXE
1. Includes a new entry "Monitor Print Device Status" on the main menu.
This entry monitors the status of the DE-950, including:
. Connection
. Ready
. Servicing
. Printer failure
. Connection failure
. Printing
. Connection lost

DE-950's bugs list from Ver 1.10 to Ver 1.20
* Firmware
1. After running few hours, DE-950 will hang up.
2. When Dedicate Print Server and DE-950 are set as different frame
type, DE-950 Remote Printer can not connect to that Dedicate
Print Server.
3. When there are too many File Servers( i.e. 20 File Servers )
running on the network, DE-950 can not work at all.
4. If new firmware upload failed, DE-950 will not be able to
start up successfully.
5. Acts as Remote Printer, DE-950 do not support the "Print Server
Status/Control" function provided in Netware's PCONSOLE utility.
6. Acts as Remote Printer, DE-950 will not re-connect to Dedicate
Print Server once the Print Server has been shut down and running
up again.
Note: Printing performence of 2 parallel ports are enhance.
* Utility program PCONF.EXE
1. Sometimes system will hang with "stack overflow" and "null pointer
assignment" error message displayed.
2. If you set one of DE-950's password be "12345", the utility program
will accept all its sub-strings as correct password.
3. When any port of DE-950 service over 3 File Servers, the 3rd &
subsequent File server's serviced Queue names can not display
correctly.
4. The new utility program can support 32 DE-950 devices & 80 File
Servers running concurrently in the network now.
