  20. <p>A new controller stripe size is set at the factory to 8 KB. If you need
  21.   to change this setting, you <b>must</b> change the stripe size before you
  22.   store data in the logical devices. After you store data in the logical drives,
  23.   you cannot change the stripe size without destroying data in the logical
  24.   drives. </p>

  26.   the Adaptec Storage Manager in bootable-CD mode to change the stripe size setting.
