  25. <p>The amber and blue LEDs are controlled by the backplane (for internal physical
  26.   drives) or enclosure (for external physical drives). Controllers send
  27.   commands to the backplane or enclosure processor to set a logical state for
  28.   the LED, and the subsystem translates that LED state into the following flash
