  20. <p>You can use the following command-line parameters when starting the Adaptec Storage Manager:</p>

  32.       <p>Starts the Adaptec Storage Manager in local-only mode. </p>
  33.       <p>The Adaptec Storage Manager does not obtain TCP/IP information and the remote
  34.         actions are disabled. The only system appearing in the Enterprise view is the local
  35.         system. </p>
  36.       <p>If you have remote systems defined in the Enterprise view when you run in nonlocal-only
  37.         mode (that is, not using the <b>-l</b> flag), they do not appear in the
  38.         Enterprise view when you run in local-only mode. </p>
  39.       <p><b><img src="images/note.gif" width="15" height="17"> Note:</b> Starting
  40.         in local-only mode does not change any remote systems you have defined.
  41.         The next time you start the Adaptec Storage Manager in nonlocal-only mode, your
  42.         remote systems will appear in the Enterprise view again. </p>
