  1. To use SST client you must have an Internet connection and following MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: 
  2.  - IBM PC or compatible with Windows 95, 98, 2000, or NT4.0, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (4.71.1712), 133 MHz PC. 16 MB of RAM, 5 MB of free hard disk space, 256 colors and 800 by 600 resolution monitor.

  4. If the configuration of your machine does NOT SATISFY these requirements, the SST Client CANNOT  OPERATE CORRECTLY. In this case, we recommend to CANCEL the installation and setup necessary components. 
  5. Note, you can download freely Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/bin/ie4setup.exe.

  7. TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION the following:
  8. - after installation MS Internet Explorer 4, some applications will not operate properly due to replacing some system components. In this case, you should reinstall faulty applications.
