  38. to add a cover page to send along with the fax.  Using an INI file also allows 
  39. more control over the fax/modem and some faxing parameters.

  46. PORT        -  1..8 or C for CAS - Valid Com/Fax Port Number
  47. PHONENUMBER -  T or P (Touchtone or Pulse) + Phone Number
  48. FILENAME    -  Complete Path to an ASCII or FAX file
  49. PARAMFILE   -  A Configuration File, .INI file
