  5. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  6. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  7. days.  If you use this software after the 30-day evaluation period
  8. a registration fee of $29 is required (plus a shipping fee.)  Payments 
  9. must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, must be in the form of a 
  10. check or a cashier's check in the name of Ken Fitzpatrick and should 
  11. be mailed to:

  15. Quantity discounts are available, as described in the file Order.txt.
  16. When payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of the 
  17. latest version of DataAwareCollection an a user's guide which includes
  18. a soap-box speech on object-oriented programming in the real world 
  19. using Microsoft Visual Basic 4.0 (tm).

  21. Unregistered use of DataAwareCollection after the 30-day evaluation 
  22. period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws -- it's 
  23. not very nice and your mother wouldn't approve if she knew you were 
  24. doing it.

  26. Distribution and Propogation

  28. Provided that you distributing this, the Shareware Version of 
  29. DataAwareCollection, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of 
  30. the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish; 
  31. give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and 
  32. distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation in 
  33. its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  34. of the above.

  36. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  37. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  38. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  39. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with
  40. one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the Association of
