  4.         The AdvDisk Custom Control (OCX), provides over 25 disk
  5.         properties. These properties include but are not limited to
  6.         Labeling a Disk Drive; returning Disk Space, File System

  10.     to be used with VB, C++ applications or other application

  51.         AdvDisk.ocx is a self-registration file, but before a control can 
  52.     be used, appropriate entries must be created for it in the Windows 
  53.     registration database. REGISTER.EXE provides a dialog item for users 
  54.         to register new controls (the files will default to ADVDISK.OCX, 
  55.     but can be used for other controls), but this feature may not be 
  56.     useful for your application. Therefore, you may want your setup 
  57.     program to register the controls when they are installed. Microsoft
  58.     provided a redistributable program, REGSVR32.EXE, which can be used 
  59.     to register controls. Just pass the complete path and filename of 
  60.     the control *.OCX file as an argument to REGSVR32:

  64.     If you prefer, you can write your setup program to register the 
  65.     control directly instead, see the help file for more information.

  67. Note:   AdvDisk.ocx is an ANSI control, which work on all Win32 operating 
  68.     systems, allow for maximum portability between the various Win32 
  69.     operating systems. Unicode controls work on only Windows NT 
  70.     (version 3.51 or later), but not on Windows 95.

  75. This software is licensed shareware. You may distribute at no charge, 
  76. except for media or connect time charges, unmodified copies of the file 
  77. AdvDisk.OCX. Select Registration form, and then after printing the form, 
  78. send it in.

  80. AdvDisk is supplied "as is". The author disclaims all warranties, expressed
  81. or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchant ability
  82. and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, 
  83. direct or consequential, which may result from the use of AdvDisk. You also 
  84. agree to not hold Advanced Applications liable for any damages, direct or 
  85. consequential which may result from the use of AdvDisk. By purchasing, using,
  86. distributing AdvDisk, you are agreeing to all of these conditions.

  88. AdvDisk is provided free of charge for a thirty day evaluation period. Any use
  89. beyond this period requires that AdvDisk be registered with the author, 
  90. Advanced Applications. This registration fee will license one copy of AdvDisk
  91. for use on a single computer. Multi-user, network and site licenses are 
  92. available; contact Advanced Applications for terms.

  94. As purchaser of this software, you are granted a royalty-free license to 
  95. distribute executable files generated using the AdvDisk.ocx as well as 
  96. distributing the AdvDisk.ocx provided you accept the conditions of the 
  97. License Agreement. Remember, AdvDisk must be registered prior to distributing
  98. with your applications, those persons, companies, business, etc., will be fully
  99. prosecuted for distrubuting AdvDisk without proper registration.

  101. Government users: This software and documentation are subject to restrictions
  102. set forth in The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
  103. 252.227-7013 and elsewhere.
