  5. Do not use the pmlxord.txt file directly. Generate the order form by using 
  6. the "Help" menu / "Authorize Full Version" menu item / "Generate Registration
  7. Form" button in PhotoModeler LX. A date and time should appear above. You 
  8. should not see the word "$date$" above to the right.
  9.  
  10. Please fill out the second page of this form and return it to Eos Systems
  11. or your dealer. An Authorization/Customer Number will be returned to you. 
  12. This code will unlock the PhotoModeler LX Demo and turn it into a full 
  13. working version of PhotoModeler LX.

  15. You will need a separate Site Code and Customer Number for each machine 
  16. PhotoModeler LX is to run on.

  19. There are two different versions available - Electronic & Hard-Copy:

  21. PhotoModeler LX Electronic Package includes:
  22. - delivery of Customer Number to unlock PhotoModeler LX for full operation.
  23. - full electronic User Manual (in Help file).

  29. - same as the PhotoModeler LX Electronic Package plus
  30. - a hard copy PhotoModeler LX User Manual.

  33. - 30 day free technical support via e-mail, fax or telephone.
