  4. Due to the size of the distribution, the Fiasco distribution has been
  5. divided into several parts:
  6.  
  7. Fiasco_main.lha         Contains the main program, libraries, locale
  8.                         catalogs and example databases.
  9. Fiasco_doc_eng.lha      Contains the english documentation in AmigaGuide
  10.                         and TeX-DVI format.
  11. Fiasco_doc_deu.lha      Contains the german documentation in AmigaGuide
  12.                         and TeX-DVI format.

  18. The Program "Fiasco" and associated files, hereafter called Fiasco, are
  19. provided "as is". No representations or warranties are made regarding to
  20. accuracy, reliability or correctness of Fiasco, either expressed or
  21. implied. In no case am I responsible for any damages caused by this
  22. software.

  24. If you store important data on your computer, you should create in any
  25. case backup copies of these data!

  30.     Fiasco may be redistributed under the following conditions:

  32. ·  The program package has to be complete. Starting with release 2.0, the
  33.    distribution has been due to its size divided into several parts. The
  34.    archive Fiasco_main.lha contains the main program, libraries, locale
  35.    catalogs and example databases. The archives Fiasco_doc_eng.lha and
  36.    Fiasco_doc_deu.lha contain the Fiasco documentation in the respective
  37.    languages in AmigaGuide and TeX-DVI    format.  Because of the
  38.    seperate archives for documentation, the main archive does not
  39.    contain any documentation.
  40.    Thus, you must distribute at least one of the language archives. It is
  41.    still strongly recommended, that you distribute all archives of the
  42.    Fiasco distribution, especially when you distribute Fiasco on a
  43.    CD-ROM. Distributing Fiasco in unarchived form is allowed, as long you
  44.    keep the conditions stated above.

  46. ·  Fiasco may not be distributed for commercial purposes without a
  47.    written permission by the author. This includes the distribution of
  48.    Fiasco for excessively high prices. You may only charge a small fee
  49.    for media and copying. The distribution on CD-ROMs is allowed, if the
  50.    price of a single CD-ROM is not higher than USD 20 or DM 30.
  51.    Distribution on cover disks or cover CDs of magazines is allowed, if
  52.    the price of the magazine is less than USD 10 or DM 12 in the case of
  53.    floppy disks or USD 12 or DM 16 in the case of compact disks.

  57.     I grant herby special permission to distribute Fiasco on the "Meeting
  58. Pearls" CD-ROMs and on the "Aminet" CD-ROMs.

  60.     There is a special floppy disk based distribution of Fiasco 2.2. It
  61. consists of two disks with archived contents and an installer script
  62. which has been adapted to handle extraction and installation
  63. automatically. This distribution is not available via Aminet. If you are
  64. interested in it, send me a mail and the shipping costs listed in the
  65. Registration Form. You will also recieve this distribution if you order a
  66. registered Fiasco version on DD disks.

  68.     If you include Fiasco in your PD collection, coverdisk, etc. and a
  69. copy is left over, you may feel free to send me this copy.

  71.     The keyfile, which you recieve after registering for Fiasco, is not
  72. freely redistributable. You may use it only on your own computer system.
  73. Manipulating the keyfile is also prohibited.

  75.     textfield.gadget 3.1 is Copyright © 1995 by Mark Thomas. The complete
  76. textfield.gadget distribution, including developer information, can be
  77. found on Aminet or on the Aminet Set 2C CD-ROM in dev/gui/textfield.lha.

  79.     gtlayout.library is by Olaf Barthel. It may be freely distributed and
  80. freely used. New versions of the gtlayout.library appear frequently with
  81. `term'.

  83.     WBPath is Copyright © 1994 by Ralph Babel. The WBPath developer
  84. information is distributed with Fiasco in the Development/WBPath
  85. directory.

  87.     LX is written by Jonathan Forbes and Copyright © 1993 by Xenomiga
  88. Technology. LX is used by the installer script of the Fiasco disk
  89. distribution. The complete LX distribution can be found in Aminet or on
  90. the Aminet Set 2A CD-ROM in util/arc/lx103.lha.
