  38. To save downloading time, this archive file has
  39. been compiled without the runtime file 
  40. VBRUN300.DLL.

  42. You must have a copy of this file in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM 
  43. directory before running the setup program. 
  44. It is usually available on bulletin boards or 
  45. may be purchased from disk vendors for a 
  46. nominal fee.

  48. To Install the files, select File + Run in the Program Manager.
  49. Type A:\SETUP (supposing the files are on drive A) 
  50. and press ENTER. Follow the instructions.
