  16. This file contains two PS/2 utilities for NetWare v.2.15.  The UNPS2FIX
  17. file is a utility that reverses the changes made to the partition table of
  18. an IBM PS/2 model 50 or 60 using an MFM drive.  The PS2FIX file is a
  19. utility that moves the NetWare COLD BOOT LOADER down one sector and inserts
  20. disk drive type information into sector two.

  40. This readme accompanies UNPS2FIX.EXE for NetWare 2.15C servers.
  41. NOTE: BACKUP YOUR SERVER BEFORE USING THIS UTILITY!

  43. UNPS2FIX is a utility that reverses the changes made to the partition table
  44. of an IBM PS/2 Model 50 or 60 using an MFM drive.
  45.  
  46.      IT SHOULD ONLY BE RUN AGAINST SUCH A MACHINE.
  47.  
  48. After running UNPS2FIX, NETGEN should be used to reinstall the NetWare COLD
  49. BOOT LOADER before attempting to boot the NetWare 286 server.

  51. PS2FIX is a utility that moves the NetWare COLD BOOT LOADER down one sector
  52.  and inserts disk drive type information into sector 2.  The NetWare COLD
  53. BOOT  LOADER is also patched to work in its new location.  If it is ever
  54. replaced by  running NETGEN, PS2FIX must be rerun once and only once to
  55. reinstall the drive information.

  57. The enclosed PS2FIX version 1.1 program is intended to be used on NetWare 
  58. 2.15c server volumes and replaces the original program.  Unlike its
  59. predecessor, it will correctly update a NetWare 2.15c COLD BOOT LOADER.
