  8. IMPORTANT - NETWARE REQUESTER FOR OS/2 VERSION 2.11 PLUS NOVELL PATCH IS
  9. REQUIRED:
  10.  
  11.    You must use Version 2.11 of the Netware OS/2 Requester along with a patch
  12.    for the Requester (obtainable from Novell) in order to run Telephony
  13.    Services.  The patch contains:

  15.               TLI.DLL dated 4/13/95
  16.               IPX.SYS dated 4/14/95
  17.               TLI_SPX.DLL dated 6/12/95
  18.  
  19.    Make sure you are running the patched 2.11 Requester before attempting to 
  20.    run Telephony Services.

  23. This OS/2 Client disk contains the following files:

  25. install.exe     - Installation Utility
  26. vrobj.dll       - DLL used by Install routine (this DLL does not get installed)
  27. csta.dll        - Telephony Services DLL
  28. cspy.dll        - Message Trace DLL
  29. tscrt.dll       -  Telephony Services CRT DLL
  30. tstest.exe      - Test program
  31. cstaspy.exe     - Message Trace utility
  32. tstest.ico      - Folder Icon

  36. Use the installation utility to copy these files to a directory
  37. of your choice.  All TSAPI applications require the presence of
  38. csta.dll, cspy.dll and tscrt.dll.   Those that use Private Data also
  39. require attpriv.dll.  The installation utility will give you
  40. the option of adding the installation directory to your LIBPATH.

  43. Utility Programs
  44. ---------------
  45. The following utilities are provided:
  46.  
  47. tstest.exe -  A test program to verify connectivity between client
  48.               workstations and the Telephony Server. It allows a server
  49.               to be chosen from a drop-down list of all advertising
  50.               telephony servers and prompts for a login, password, calling
  51.               party and called party phone numbers. It then attempts to
  52.               open an ACS stream to the specified Telephony Server and
  53.               make a call from calling party to called party. If the
  54.               stream cannot be opened or the call cannot be made, a
  55.               MessageBox is displayed indicating the error code that was
  56.               returned.

  58. cstaspy.exe - A message trace utility.  When launched it will prompt for
  59.               a file name and will proceed to log all CSTA message activity
  60.               to that file.
