  13.  This patch will allow applications produced with appware to
  14. incorporate
  15.  a splash screen capability.   The splash screen will appear
  16. immediately
  17.  upon starting the application, and will be centered on the
  18. screen.

  20.  This patch will also allow users to specify if there produced
  21. executables
  22.  should be limited to only one running instance.

  49. Apply patches found in SPLSH2.EXE.  This patch supersedes
  50. SPLASH.EXE.

  70.  You can run the patch program from either the dos prompt, or
  71. from the Run
  72.  option under the File menu in Program Manager.
  73.  
  74.  From the DOS prompt:

  76.  1.  Insert the patch disk into your drive:
  77.  
  78.  
  79.  2.  Change your current directory to the drive where you
  80. inserted the disk.
  81.      For example, if you put the disk in drive A, type a:\ to
  82. make a:\ your
  83.      current directory.

  86.  3.  For the patch to work, you will need to tell the patch
  87. program where your
  88.      AppWare files are.
  89.  
  90.      To do this, run the patch program by typing PATCH followed
  91. by the
  92.      location of your AppWare\bin directory.
  93.  
  94.      For example, if you have AppWare installed at c:\AppWare and
  95. your bin
  96.      directory is c:\AppWare\bin, you would type PATCH
  97. c:\AppWare\bin.
