  11. The install program for the TIRPC SDK, that comes on the CDROM
  12. with LAN Workshop, will not install from the CD.   SDKDSK.EXE
  13. contains a program, which will extract the TIRPC SDK files from
  14. the CDROM, and build 3 diskettes which can be used to install
  15. TIRPC on your system.

  33. SYMPTOM:

  35. The TIRPC SDK on the LAN Workshop CDROM refuses to install.
  36.  
  37. CAUSE
  38.  
  39. The install program for the TIRPC SDK, will not install from the
  40. CD, it looks for floppies
  41.  
  42. SOLUTION: 
  43.  
  44. Use MKRPCDSK.EXE, to extract the TIRPC SDK files from Novell's
  45. the CD ROM. 
  46.  It will build 3 diskettes, these diskettes can then be used to
  47. install TIRPC on your system.

  58. Installation Instructions:

  60. To use MKRPCDSK.EXE:
  61.  1. Have available, 3 empty formatted 3.5" 1.44 diskettes.
  62.  
  63.  2. Use the DOS "label" command to label them TIRPC1, TIRPC2 and
  64. TIRPC3.
  65.  
  66.  3. Load the CD ROM.
  67.  
  68.  4. Run MKRPCDSK from anywhere and follow the on-screen
  69. instructions.  To exit the program at any time press CTRL-C.
