Select from the list the server where you want the product to be installed. You will then be prompted to login to the selected server.
Enter the user name to login to the server where you want the product to be installed, or select the default name of SUPERVISOR. You must login as a user with supervisor privileges.
Verify that the displayed product name is the product you are trying to install.
You can install the product on this server or another server. If you want to install on another server, you must have BROUTER.NLM loaded on this server and BSPXCOM.NLM loaded on the remote server.
If you are installing from floppy disks, you will be prompted to insert the appropriate disks.
Enter the password to login to the remote server. The password will not be echoed.
Enter the user name to login to the server that has the product installation files. The user name you specify must have read access to the files.
Enter the path to the product files for the product that you want to install. Enter the full path name, including the remote server name if required.
NetWare pathnames have the general form:
servername/volume:\directory\...
The install program believes you are installing from floppy disk. If this is not the case, check to make sure that you copied the product files properly to your hard disk.
If you have verified that the correct diskette is installed and you still get an error, try this: Use Alt-Esc to switch to the system console (: prompt). Enter the command:
load a:xyz
This should print an error message and cause the disk light to go out. Then switch back to this screen and try again.
Select an option from the list of options. If more than one option is desired, press F5 to highlight the choices.
Press ENTER to proceed with the selections.
The install program is looking for the LICENSE disk for this product.
Insert the LICENSE disk and enter the corresponding DOS drive path.
