  55. Instructions for extracting the Macintosh binary files:

  57.   1. Copy the dos executable file PAGELAY.EXE to a NetWare volume
  58. with Macintosh name space support.
  59.  
  60.   2. Execute the file from a DOS workstation to self extract to
  61. the Macintosh binary self extracting archive. (Type "PAGELAY" at
  62. the DOS prompt.)
  63.  
  64.   3. Execute the Macintosh self extracting archive from a
  65. Macintosh workstation. (Double click on the PAGELAY.SEA icon from
  66. a Macintosh client to expand it.)
