DESCRIPTION: This contains installation instructions for NetWare Administrator
for Windows NT.
HOW TO INSTALL:
From your NetWare 4 server, perform the following steps:
1. Load the Installation program by typing
LOAD INSTALL
2. Select the following:
-> Maintenance/Selective Install
-> Products Options
3. Press <Insert>.
The SPECIFY DIRECTORY PATH dialog box appears. (Defaults to Drive A:)
NOTE: If you are using RCONSOLE, be sure to select <F4> to install from the
remote Drive A: instead of the server's Drive A:.
4. Type <Enter> if you are installing from Drive A:, or enter the path to the
directory where the NWADMN32 install files are located.
NOTE: If your file server is using pre-NetWare 4.1 (4.01 or 4.02), type in
the \NW402 path name.
The installation program creates the SYS:\PUBLIC\NT subdirectory on the NetWare
server. Additional subdirectories are created below the \NT subdirectory path.
The installation program unpacks and copies all the needed files to the
appropriate subdirectory. After the Installation program installs the files,
the Currently Installed Products menu appears.
5. Exit the Installation program or press <ALT>+<ESC>. The system console
prompt appears.
HOW TO SETUP YOUR NWADMN32 ICON:
1. Map a drive to SYS:\PUBLIC\NT.
2. Select "New" from the Program Manager menu.
3. Select "Program Item".
4. Select "Browse" to locate NWADMN32.EXE which can be found in
the SYS:\PUBLIC\NT subdirectory.
