  4. NMS Customers have demonstrated a preference for buying their management
  5. console as an integrated part of ManageWise.  Novell is therefore
  6. discontinuing sales of NMS effective immediately.  Novell offers NMS
  7. customers the option to upgrade to ManageWise at a substantial discount.
  8. Novell will also continue to sell standalone versions of its NetWare
  9. Management Agent and NetWare LANalyzer Agent, independent of ManageWise.

  12. $595 and is available now.
