CHANGE CURRENT FILE SERVER: Lets you attach to a different file
server so you can examine it's job queues and server. Also lets
you log out of a server, or change the username you are logged in
JOB QUEUE INFORMATION: Lets you examine a job queue, add jobs to
the queue, or remove jobs from the queue. Supervisor can also
add, delete, or rename queues.
JOB SERVER INFORMATION: Lets you examine the list of job
servers. Supervisor can also add, delete, or rename job servers.

This is a list of job queues on this file
server. You can select the queue you are
interested in examining, or, if you are a
supervisor, you can add, delete, or rename
job queues.
Delete Job Queue Help 1 of 1
To delete the highlighted job queue or the
marked job queues, select YES; otherwise
select NO or press the ESCAPE key.
Edit Job Queue Name Help 1 of 1
To change the name of the highlighted job
queue enter the desired name and press the
SELECT key. The new name should contain no
more than 47 characters.
To return to the previous list without
renaming the job queue, press the ESCAPE key.

This is a list of job servers on this file
server. You can select the server you are
interested in examining, or, if you are a
supervisor, you can add, delete, or rename
job servers.

users, queue operators, and supervisors:
CURRENT JOB ENTRIES: Lists the jobs currenty in
this queue and allows jobs to be submitted,
deleted, etc.
CURRENT JOB QUEUE STATUS: Shows the current status
of this job queue.
CURRENTLY ATTACHED SERVERS: Lists the job servers
that are currently attached and servicing jobs from
this queue.

These options are available only to supervisors:
QUEUE OPERATORS: Lists the current queue operators
and allows addition or deletion of queue operators.

Add Jobs To Queue Help 1 of 1
If you set this flag to NO, no users will be
allowed to submit jobs to the queue until you
reset it to YES.
Service Jobs Help 1 of 1
If you set this flag to NO, no servers can
service jobs in the queue until you reset it
to YES.
Attach Servers Help 1 of 1
If you set this flag to NO, no servers will
be allowed to attach to the queue until you
reset it to YES.
Queue Status Form Help 1 of 1
This is the current status of the job queue.
It is updated every five seconds. If you are
a queue operator, you can change the settings
of the operator flags.

This is a list of the job servers that are
currently attached to this job queue.C$

These options are available to all users:
FULL NAME: Displays a descriptive name for the job
server, if one has been assigned by the supervisor.
JOB SERVER ID: Shows the Object ID of the selected
job server.
JOB SERVER USERS: Lists the users and groups who
are job server users. Job server operators can add
or delete servers from this list.

CHANGE PASSWORD: Lets you change the password for
the job server.
JOB SERVER OPERATORS: Lists the current job server
operators and allows addition or deletion of job
queue operators.

No Rights To Delete Entry Help 1 of 1
You must be the owner of this job entry or be
an authorized queue operator to remove this
entry from the job queue.
No Directory Rights Help 1 of 1
You do not have sufficient access rights to
enter files in this directory.
Entry No Longer In Queue Help 1 of 1
The job entry you selected is no longer in
the job queue. This may be because another
user has deleted it from the queue or because
the job has been serviced.
Available Files Help 1 of 1
These are the files in the previously selected
directory. Highlight the file you want to have
entered into the queue and press the SELECT key.
Multiple files can be entered using the MARK key
before pressing the SELECT key.
If (No File) is selected, the job will be entered
into the queue without an associated file.
New Job Entry Help 1 of 1
These are the specifications for the job entry
you are about to submit. Press the ESCAPE key
when you are ready to submit this entry.
New Job Entry Exit Help 1 of 1
If you are ready to submit this job entry,
select YES; otherwise select NO or press the

Job Description Help 1 of 1
Enter the job description for this job. This
is usually the filename, but you can use any
other identifier.
User Hold Help 1 of 1
If a job is on user hold, it will not be
serviced until a queue user releases it.
You can change the hold status.
Operator Hold Help 1 of 1
If a job is on operator hold, it will not be
serviced until a queue operator releases it.
If you are a queue operator, you can change
the hold status.
Service Sequence Help 1 of 1
This is the position of your job in the
queue. Queue operators can change this
value to move the job forward or backward
in the queue.
Defer Servicing Help 1 of 1
If you want the job to be serviced as soon as
possible, select NO. If you want the job to be
serviced at a later time or date, select YES.
Job Type Help 1 of 1
This is a number that identifies to the job
server the type of job represented by the job
entry. A job server can request specific job
types from a queue when making a request to
service a job.
Target Date Help 1 of 1
Enter the date you want to have your job
serviced.
Target Time Help 1 of 1
Enter the time you want to have your job
serviced.
Valid Target Server List Help 1 of 1
These are the job servers that are allowed to
service this job queue. Select the server you
want to have service your job, or (Any Server)
and press the SELECT key.
Queue Full Help 1 of 1
The job queue can hold only 250 job entries.
You cannot submit new jobs to the queue until
some of the existing job entries are completed
or removed from the queue.
Queue Halted Help 1 of 1
The job queue has been halted by the queue
operator. No job entries may be submitted
while the queue is halted.
Invalid Server Help 1 of 1
The job you selected has a target job server
that is not allowed to service this queue.
Unless you change the target job server, or
unless an authorized job queue operator allows
that job server to service this queue, this
job will never be serviced.
Unknown Server Help 1 of 1
The job you selected has a target job server
that does not exist. Unless you change the
target server, this job will never be serviced.
Job Entry Help 1 of 1
These are the specifications for the job entry
you selected. If you are the owner of the job,
or a queue operator, you can change the job
specifications. Press the ESCAPE key when you
finished.
Client Record Area Help 1 of 1
This field can contain any additional information
that you need to transmit to the job server. This
information can take any format agreed upon by
both you and the job server.
