TRAINING VIDEOS AVAILABLE
Novell Technical Support specialists are providing training for
Novell software - including Applications, GroupWare, NetWare 4.X,
Directory Services, and NetWare Client related issues via
satellite.
This training is offered for two hours each Thursday afternoon
through the end of the year.
Video tapes of the completed broadcasts are available.
SPECIAL PRICING is available through December 31, 1995. You can
get one tape FREE for every 5 tapes purchased at the regular
price of $29.95.

Designing an Optimal GroupWise 4.1 Messaging System
Date: April 6
This seminar will present the key factors in designing
an optimal GroupWise Messaging system. Customer
scenarios, ranging from a single LAN to a larger
enterprise, will be presented. Optimal GroupWise
designs will be discussed. Topics will include
performance optimization, multi-platform configurations
and the GroupWise NetWare Integration Package. This
seminar will also feature the architect of the worldwide
Novell GroupWise Messenger system and the authors of the
Novell GroupWare Professional's Guide. There will be a
Q&A session during this seminar.
PerfectOffice 3.0 and NetWare 4.1:
A Perfect Combination Seminar
Date: April 27
PerfectOffice 3.0, Novell's new desktop applications
suite, goes beyond traditional suites by offering
superior program integration and task automation and by
setting a new standard for the next generation of
network applications. The satellite broadcast will
focus on both versions of PerfectOffice, Standard and
Professional. At the conclusion of the seminar, Novell
Education will announce the new End User certifications
to our student customers.
PerfectScript Seminar
Date: June 15
Perfect Office Provides the ability to use and write
custom programs using a common scripting language called
PerfectScript. PerfectScript is a cross-applications
language that can call functions from all PerfectOffice
programs. A user has the ability to record
cross-application scripts simply by turning on a
recording and going through the routine once. Playback
is available from any program that supports
PerfectScript. This seminar will cover automating
repetitive tasks, Passing information between different
programs and creating custom dialog boxes.

This seminar will show you how to use INETCFG.NLM to
configure routing, RIP and SAP, in an IPX environment.

This seminar will present technical information that is
critical to understanding the GroupWise XTD environment.
Network Management Tools
Date: November 30
This course focuses on Novell's network management
tools, including NMS, LANalyzer for Windows, NetWare
Navigator, and ManageWise. Some time will be dedicated
to discussing current versions of each product and the
primary uses of each.The bulk of the course will be
spent in looking at common problems affecting the
installation, configuration, use and interpretation of
results from these products.
Networking Issues in a Small Office Environment
