He was using an NEC triple-speed CD-ROM player and a DPT SCSI Host Bus Adapter. These were the steps that he used: 1) The HBA and CD-ROM were physically installed for the server. 2) The driver for the HBA was set up to load automatically by placing a LOAD statement in the STARTUP.BAT file. 3) ASPCD was also set up for automatic loading. 4) The CDROM.NLM was downloaded from the DPT bulletin board on CompuServe and loaded. 5) An attempt was made to mount the volume with CD MOUNT device_number. This process did not have a successful result. Which steps were faulty?
