  17. \HLP21 Help program fix for FILER, FCONSOLE, SYSCON \IPX New IPX for use
  18. with gateway products from CXI and NAS. Prevents gateway software from
  19. hanging the workstation.  This bug is NOT caused by NetWare. \LEAP Adjusts
  20. Day-Of-Week during Leap year.  See TB #212 \MOUSE Gives control back to the
  21. mouse port on PS/2's \SETFIX Date/Time fix for PS/2's \UPDT21 Refer to TB
