Course Menus
This course is divided into units and lessons. Course units are presented on the Main Menu. When you click one of the computer icons representing a unit, the corresponding Lesson Menu appears. Clicking a lesson computer icon then takes you directly to that lesson.

Scenario Button
During exercises, or on any lesson page where additional information is useful, scenario information is available through the use of a Scenario button.
Clicking the Scenario button takes you to a scenario page which displays pertinent information.

Once you are done viewing a scenario page, click Return to go back to the lesson screen from which you started.
The Course Map provides a visual representation of the entire course on a single screen. It also serves as a convenient navigational tool.
When you first access the Map, the screen of the computer icon representing your current location will flash a few times for a "you are here" effect.

To go straight to any lesson, simply click the computer icon for that lesson.
To access a Lesson Menu, click the computer icon with the appropriate unit title.
If you would like to return to the screen from which you chose the Map, click the Return button.

When in a lesson, you can use the Index button to go to the Index page.
Click Map to access the Course Map.
Clicking Menu takes you up one menu level. For example, if you are in a lesson, clicking Menu accesses the Lesson Menu. Once you are on the Lesson Menu, clicking Menu takes you to the Main Menu.
Options
When you click Options, a pop-up menu appears with the following choices:
- Topic Search
Allows quick access to specific
topics within the course.
- Glossary
Presents a comprehensive list
of terms and their definitions
in a quick-access format.
- Main Menu
Takes you directly to the
Main Menu.
- About
Provides information about the
developers of this course.
- Cancel
Closes the Options pop-up
menu.
Return
Some features, such as Help and the Glossary, include a Return button. Clicking Return takes you back to the screen from which you accessed that feature.
Help provides assistance with navigation functions and features for this computer-based training course. When you click the Help button, the Help Menu appears.
From the Help Menu, choose a specific help topic. This accesses information related to that topic.
When you are finished with the Help feature, click the Return button to return to the screen from which you chose Help.
The Exit button allows you to exit the course at any time. When you click Exit, you are first asked to verify that you intended to exit the course.
You will also be asked if you would like to leave a bookmark. If you leave a bookmark, the next time you enter the course, you will have the option of returning to the exact page on which you left the bookmark.
Once you have answered these questions, you will exit the course.

The Topic Search feature allows you to access specific pages in the course based on a topic in which you are interested.
To find a topic, first click the letter for that topic. A list of Keywords beginning with that letter appears in the Keywords scroll window at the top left-hand corner of the page.
