  5. Copy CONVERT.BAT, STRIPPER.EXE, and STUFFKEY.EXE into your TIEMULATOR V5.0
  6. system directory.
  7.  
  8. Copy ARCIII (Barry Boone) archiver into one of your DSKx. directorys.
  9.  
  10. Include the TIEA.HEX by changing your MODULES.LST to sample supplied, and rerun
  11. MODULES /ALL to update your MODULES.DTA file. Then TIEMULATOR V5.0 will see
  12. the TI EDITOR/ASSEMBER module. This EA file looks for the ASSMx and EDITx
  13. files from your DSK3. directory.

  15. Four STEP conversion system:
  16.  
  17. STEP 1: Using the TI99/4A system, ARC up the files you wish to transfer into
  18.         one compressed INT/FIX 128 file using ARCIII (Barry Boone) archiver.
  19.  
  20. STEP 2: Transfer the ARCed file using either PC-TRANSFER and "TIFILES" object,
  21.         or XMODEM the file over to your DOS machine.
  22.  
  23. STEP 3: Run the CONVERT.BAT file, with three variables. First being path and
  24.         filename of your ARCed file. Second being the FILENAME to install the
  25.         ARCed file as in your DSK3 directory. Third being the FILETYPE, only
  26.         supported ones by TRANSLATE are DF128, IF128, PROG. (Use IF128 for
  27.         transfering ARCed files)

  29. STEP 4: Now that the file is in your DSK3 directory, run TIEMULATOR V5.0, and
  30.         load ARCIII using E/A 5 loader. Using EXTRACT on ARCIII, unpack the
  31.         ARCed file to any of your DSKx. directorys. All functions in ARCIII
  32.         work, except for CATALOG DISK DRIVE.
