  3. FIX for two bugs in PUTIL -- 10/22/86
  4.  
  5. If you downloaded PUTIL either as a     separate file or as part of the PSTART
  6. disk, check lines 190 and 800 for the   following corrections:
  7.  
  8. In 190, the expression for D2 should be --
  9.    D2=16*(D-16*INT(D/16))+M
  10.  
  11. In 800, delete the statement:
  12.    IF J=7 THEN 820
  13.  
  14. The first change corrects the date of   creation stored with the P-volume.
  15. The second removes a "stopper" statement used in debugging and left in due to
  16. an oversight.
