  1. DV80 and FDV80 are two companion files used to convert between IBM text files
  2. and TI text files in DV80 format with an xmodem header suitable for uploading
  3. or downloading to TI BBS's.

  5. DV80 takes an IBM ascii text file as input and produces a TI DV80 file.
  6.  
  7. FDV80 uses a TI DV80 file downloaded from a TI system to produce an IBM ascii
  8. text file.  It does not check to make sure that the source file is a TI DV80
  9. file however, so use it only on files you know are TI DV80 format.
