  4. Asgard Software is pleased to announce the availability of Tris for both the
  5. TI-99/4A and Myarc Geneve 9640.
  6.  
  7. Based on the popular game for PCs and virtually every other computer, Tris
  8. is a true-to-form implementation with all the features of the original.
  9.  
  10. The object of the game is to rotate, shift and position various geometric
  11. shapes as they fall from the top of the screen in order to fill rows of the
  12. play area. Finished rows disappear. As the game progresses the pieces fall
  13. faster and faster. The game keeps track of your score and awards extra
  14. points for particularly tricky moves.

  16. Outstanding color graphics, and beautiful music and sound effects make it
  17. a truly enjoyable game. Tris also features the best game play of any such
  18. program - pieces may be rotated and shifted easily, several different key-
  19. board modes are available, pieces may be shifted slightly before they
  20. "stick" (like the original), and more.

  22. Tris is available as a cartridge for the TI-99/4A, and on disk for use in
  23. M-DOS on the Geneve 9640. It is the first arcade-quality game available for
  24. M-DOS. The program works at the same speed on both machines.
